Jill Lutz (she/her) | CEO & Founder of Let's Build Talent

With over 20 years of experience matching great talent with awesome employers, Jill decided to strike out on her own in 2019 and formed Let's Build Talent, a recruiting firm dedicated to working with small businesses, online entrepreneurs, and start-up companies.

Jill spent five years in a traditional staffing company and then another 11 years in the community college - where her love for connecting talented individuals with small businesses developed.

Growing up in Western Pennsylvania instilled a strong sense of community, dedication to life-long learning, and a never-give-up work ethic. Jill graduated from the University of Pittsburgh (dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology), Central Piedmont Community College (Paralegal Technology diploma), and SUNY-Stony Brook (Master’s in Human Resource Management).

Now that Jill is finished earning degrees, she is ready to help your small business with all things recruiting and talent acquisition! ;-) She has hired both W-2 employees and Virtual Assistants over the course of her career and can discuss the benefits to each so that you make an informed decision.

 Meet the Team

                  Carrie Wulf (she/her)                   Operations Management

Carrie Wulf is a Virtual Expert®, Inbox Ninja, and Operations Expert who runs Wulfden Virtual Assistants. Carrie has taken her love of order, organization, automation, and systems and  supports Let's Build Talent by running their systems and making sure that their business and projects stay on track.

When she isn’t in her home office, you can find her walking her dogs, playing in her garden or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.

            Latoya Billings (she/her)              Recruiting Specialist

Latoya Billings worked in postsecondary workforce education for over 18 years. Earning a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Education and a Masters in Higher Education. Latoya was able to leverage experience as a Business & Industry Training Coordinator by partnering with companies wishing to upskill their employees.

While working with several companies, she realized that the turnover rate began with the recruitment process, instead of finding the right candidates, some employers were just filling openings. Now as a Recruiting Assistant at Let's Build Talent she is able to bring her skills and talents to help potential employees through the recruitment process that will be a successful match for our partners.

           Finn Jackson (they/them)            Recruiting Specialist

Finn Jackson is a recent graduate in Psychology & Organizational Leadership. Despite their age, they have almost a decade of experience in customer service, specializing in the recruitment and hiring of candidates for a variety of different positions. Finn works with Let's Build Talent as a Recruiting Assistant when they are not working as a small business owner in the graphic design & art field.

Finn loves  learning about candidates and their unique backgrounds and experience. They are currently considering going back to school to pursue an advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, as they hope to one day assist businesses with the behavioral psychology knowledge they know and love! They are thrilled to be a part of the LBT team, and can't wait to help as much as possible.

Cindy Kocsis (she/her)                    Social Media Marketing

Cindy Kocsis is a Virtual Expert® who runs a digital marketing boutique of entrepreneurs that specializes in all things content and social media marketing for small businesses.  Cindy thrives on helping businesses like Let’s Build Talent see growth immediately upon working with them.

Besides being a virtual expert, Cindy loves Jesus, family, people, animals, fitness, a good dining experience, travel, knitting, and pool time.

                  Dan Rondeau (he/him)                    Graphic Designer

Dan Rondeau is the graphic design guru and brand strategist behind My Marketing VA. He partners with digital coaches, speakers, and trainers in creating premium graphic design through their brand story while allowing them to focus on building their 6 and 7-figure businesses.

After more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Dan’s “brand and design eye” lured him away from a “safe” corporate position daring him to go headfirst into true entrepreneurship. Dan’s genuine heart and investment in his clients' businesses set them both up for success.

                 Lisa Johns (she/her)                     Bookkeeper

Lisa Johns has over thirty years of experience in both the public and private sector in a variety of industries: medical, engineering, education and non-profits. With both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master in Business Administration, there are not many tasks she has not done. She served four years on the board of directors for a national non-profit and started Full of Grace Virtual Assistance to support clients. Other skills include certification as a Professional Trainer from Texas A&M University as well as certification from John Maxwell as a speaker, trainer, and coach.

                    Cinderkitty (she/her)                       Office Cat

Cinderkitty was rescued from the spooky forest as a feral kitten and has found her furever home. She is very much a lap cat who loves long naps with her trusty blanket. She helps keep things in line around the office and will make the occasional guest appearance during meetings.
